Throughout her career, she has worked alongside executive leadership teams to design and deliver large-scale transformation programmes that translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. Her expertise spans Commercial Transformation, Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercial Excellence, CRM Strategy, AI Powered business capabilities, and organizational transformation across complex international environments.

Prior to joining Stratence Partners, Covadonga held senior leadership positions at Accenture and Neteris, leading strategic business transformation initiatives, executive governance programmes, commercial growth projects, and enterprise-wide transformation across multiple industries.
