Jerome is an internationally renowned Business transformation & Pricing Expert in multi-cultural environments across Europe, Asia and Africa with more than 20 years of experience. Jerome supports Stratence Partners’ clients to establish from scratch effective new strategic pricing, revenue management and sales execution function, or to help revamp and boost ineffective existing ones.
Jerome is an effective Change Leader with broad and deep Commercial and Pricing track records within renowned multinationals such as Total, Airbus, XL & Celcom (Axiata group), Ooredoo-Indosat, Hong Kong International Terminal (HIT), Siam Cement group (SCG) or City Saving where Jerome held Senior Executive roles at country and regional levels. His experience spans across various industries: healthcare, aeronautics, construction, banking, oil & gas, oil retail, agriculture, food & beverages.
Jerome holds a Master of Business Law and a post-graduation of International Business law from Faculté de Droit et de science politique (Aix-en-Provence, France). He has also been providing Lean Management training and coaching as part of change management process to ensure knowledge transfer and project results sustainability.
