Stratence Partners is pleased to welcome Alberto Ortiz as Senior Vice President, effective December 22nd, 2025.
Alberto is a senior executive with 33 years of experience leading sales organizations and commercial effectiveness initiatives across Mexico, the United States, and Latin America. His career spans both B2B and B2C environments, with deep exposure to automotive, pharmaceutical, retail, IT, and higher education sectors.
Throughout his career, Alberto has successfully developed and scaled profitable businesses, including work with leading global pharmaceutical companies, helping organizations improve commercial performance, strategic planning, and execution discipline.
He is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, decision-making capability, and business development vision, combined with a strong ability to identify, structure, and execute new growth opportunities in complex markets.
In parallel, Alberto has extensive experience in academic leadership and executive education, serving as a professor at master’s degree level and focusing on the development of new leaders and strategic capabilities. He is also an Executive Coach and international speaker, having delivered programs and conferences across Mexico, the United States, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Spain.
Alberto holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a PhD in Education, and is a PhD candidate in Top Management and Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science.
His assignment region covers Mexico and LATAM, reinforcing Stratence Partners’ commercial leadership and SPIE-driven approach across the region.
