Stratence Partners is pleased to welcome Martin Verebes as Senior Vice President, Industry & Automotive, effective December 17th, 2025.
Martin is a renowned expert in Business Transformation and Commercial Excellence with 30 years of international experience across manufacturing environments in EMEA, Asia, and North America. His career spans complex industrial contexts, including automotive, engineered materials, filtration, plastics extrusion, medical, and biotech.
Throughout his career, Martin has supported organizations in establishing and scaling strategic pricing, revenue management, and sales execution functions, as well as revamping underperforming commercial models to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
He brings extensive leadership experience in PE-backed mid-market companies serving Fortune 500 clients, having held senior executive roles at European level. Martin is widely recognized as a strong change leader, combining strategic clarity with hands-on execution in both greenfield and brownfield environments, including buy-and-build strategies.
Martin holds a Franco-German Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Metz (France) and a Postgraduate Consulting Diploma from St. Gallen Business School (Switzerland).
His assignment region is DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). He is currently based in Germany and is expected to relocate to France in Q2/Q3 2026.
