At Stratence Partners, we recommend and we apply in all our Projects that any transformational initiative must have a demonstrated and validated "Return on Investment".

It is not only a sanity check for the P&L of the organization, even so a valid and quite often a very important point, but is is more importantly the "nerve" of the initiative that will sustain the momentum and the ambition of the Project along (usually) quite a long time (from 6 months to 2 years for the full implementation fo the transformation).

For facilitating this exercise, Stratence Partners applies proprietary methodologies, databases, tools and training programs to transfer to the Organization the capabilities to measure by themselves the "economic potential" of a transformational project, to align all stakeholders around the same "numbers" and to validate the final objective for moving ahead and towards the journey for Strategy Optimization, Pricing Excellence and Commercial Effectiveness.

Then, it is of course about implementing the right integrated dataflow, the specific KPI's and the proper Dashboards for monitoring the results and track the economic success of the transformational project.

In all projects, and over the past 25 years, Stratence Partners has always delivered tangible economic results that have paid the Project in the short term and provided a minimum of 1 to 10 return on investment in the long-term.
