Greg brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in commercial transformation, operational excellence and profitable growth. During his career he has held senior executive roles including CEO, COO and business division leader in global organizations such as adidas, Sony Mobile and Sportradar, where he led large-scale transformation and commercial performance initiatives.

Greg works with leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable commercial results through pricing excellence, go‑to‑market optimization, operating model redesign and leadership alignment. His work focuses on unlocking EBITDA and accelerating profitable growth in complex environments across global enterprises and scale‑ups.

Based in Munich, Greg operates globally, supporting organizations in strengthening commercial performance through transformation initiatives that combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution.
